1.The equipment adopts a frame structure, controlled by Siemens S7‑1200 PLC and HMI, and interlocked with the whole production line. Either accumulator or dancer roll synchronization can be selected according to production requirements.

2.Guide pulleys adopt ABS pulleys of D300/D450/D630/D800. According to accumulator length requirements, driving pulleys and driven pulleys adopt multi‑piece structure respectively.

3.Tension adopts pneumatic cylinder or counterweight structure (according to customer requirements). While maintaining stable tension, it feeds back the balance position in real time to provide speed control and synchronization signals for accumulation and take-up.

4.The accumulator is equipped with an absolute encoder, which can indicate the real‑time proportion of accumulated length.

5.In terms of safety, the accumulator is equipped with safety guards, air pressure stabilizing device, and three‑position safety sensors: lower limit, stop position and upper limit.
