1.The automatic dual-reel take-up and traversing device adopts a frame (profile welding) + box-type structure as a whole. It is mainly composed of take-up unit, lifting unit, clamping unit, traversing unit, and lateral movement & switching unit. It can accommodate reels of D300-D500 or D630-D800 according to customer requirements, with a take-up speed of up to 1000 m/min.

2.The take-up unit consists of an AC variable-frequency motor, synchronous belt/synchronous pulley, and brake.

3.The reel conveying/lifting unit is composed of rails and a trolley.

4.The clamping and releasing of the reel are driven by a cylinder acting on the centers.
