1.Dance wheel controlled tension with online adjustment. The pay-off unit is driven by Panasonic AC servo, and the tension is controlled by a dedicated PLC. The pay-off tension is 2–5 N.

2.AC drive for rotating the reel, with functions of linkage, independent operation and inching. Rotation direction is selectable. In linkage mode, the cage speed changes linearly with the production line speed as set. In independent mode, reel installation is convenient.

3.The stranding body shall be painted in orange warning color, and a protective cover is arranged around the stranding cage.

4.Stranding cage working speed: 10–100 rpm, structural speed: 80 rpm.

5.Reel specification: PN400, max. reel weight: 25 kg, cable diameter: φ0.5 mm – φ3.0 mm.

6.Number of pay-off reels can be customized to 6 or 12 positions.
