The distribution production line is mainly used for the production of indoor drop optical cables.
It is a process in which different semi-finished products such as optical fibers, tight buffers, and subunits are stranded into fiber bundles and cable cores by helical stranding or SZ stranding,
so as to improve the mechanical properties and environmental adaptability of the optical cable.

1.Wide Product Range : Configurable with various combinations including gantry pay-off, frog-type pay-off stand, untwisting cage, portal pay-off stand, aramid cage, water-blocking tape pay-off, rip cord pay-off, stranding unit, fiber pay-off stand and yarn binding machine, meeting the production requirements of most indoor and data center optical cables such as drop cables, single & dual-core cables, MPO cables, ribbon cables, breakout cables and hybrid fiber-optic power cables.

2.High Adaptability : Various types of extruders (e.g., 45/25, 65/25, 65/30) and auxiliary machines can be configured according to the product category, material and outer diameter required for production, complying with the requirements of multiple materials such as PVC/LSZH/PA/TPU.

3.Easy Operation : Adopts PC+PLC one-click control for simple and hassle-free operation.
High Automation : The take-up unit can be configured with multiple forms such as simple dual-reel, gantry and frog-type take-up, meeting the requirements of different reel sizes.
