1.High Speed : Adopts the latest production technology, with a production speed of up to 200m/min (for ordinary butterfly cables).

2.Stable Tension : Stable pay-off tension, compatible with 25Km to 67.5Km fiber reels of different types, meeting the process requirement of minimal tension fluctuation of ±5g.

3.Small Footprint : Adopts an integrated design of optical fiber + reinforcement, featuring small floor space and high integration (one-machine dual-line configuration available upon customer request).

4.Superior Control : Adopts a PC+PLC (or + temperature controller) solution, supporting precise temperature control, one-click operation and recipe recording functions.

5.Intelligent Operation : Configurable with automatic take-up and conveyor line as required, enabling unmanned operations such as automatic packaging and online detection.

Non-process related components (e.g., equipment color, component brands) can be customized according to customer requirements.
