1.Ground rail structure, consisting of main frame, take-up/pay-off unit, moving unit and electrical system. Multiple models are available, including PN1400/PN1600/PN1800/PN2000/PN2500, to suit different reel sizes.

2.Electric clamping/releasing and lifting/lowering of reels are driven by AC motors respectively.

3.The AC motor for reel pay-off is controlled by Danfoss FC302 or Siemens frequency converter.

4.The lifting/lowering and clamping/releasing mechanisms are equipped with screw protection devices, and manual winding and pay-off functions are provided.

5.The take-up/pay-off mode supports speed mode or torque mode options.

6.Can be automatically controlled by an automatic centering device.

7.Gantry pay-off is equipped with safety guards and safety locks.
