Process of manufacturing fiber bundle tubes from multiple optical fibers or fiber ribbons (large-size set).
Various materials such as PBT/PP can be used according to process requirements, and water-blocking materials including waterproof compound, water-blocking powder and water-blocking yarn are applied between the fibers and the bundle tube.

1.High Speed : Adopts the world’s latest excess length control technology, with a production speed of up to 800m/min (for 1.8mm loose tube).

2.Stable Tension : Stable pay-off tension, compatible with 25Km to 67.5Km fiber reels of different types, meeting the process requirement of minimal tension fluctuation of ±5g.

3.Superior Control : Adopts a PC+PLC (or + temperature controller) solution, supporting precise temperature control, one-click operation and recipe recording functions.

4.Precise Temperature Regulation : Double-layer insulated water tank with a unique cooling system, featuring constant and adjustable water temperature for stable excess length.

5.Wide Applicable Range : Suitable for outer diameters from 1.3mm up to 4.0mm; (Customization available for large tube requirements with outer diameter above 4.0mm per customer’s request).

6.Complete Product Compatibility : Adaptable to various products such as oil-filled and fully dry-type PBT/PP/PC loose tubes.

7.High Precision : Configurable with 800m or 1000m automatic dual-reel take-up as required, with an automatic reel flipping success rate of up to 98%.
