The sheath is the outermost protective structure of the optical cable, mainly made of polyethylene, steel or aluminum bonding materials.
Its core functions are to protect the internal fibers from physical damage, chemical corrosion and moisture penetration, and to ensure the safety of the optical cable during transportation, installation and operation through its tensile resistance, shear resistance and other properties.

2.High Efficiency : According to the category, material and outer diameter of the required products, various types of extruders (e.g., 65/25, 65/30, 90/25, 90/30, 100/25, 120/25) and auxiliary machines can be configured to meet the needs of color stripe extrusion, double-layer co-extrusion, triple-layer co-extrusion and high-speed production. The product speed can adapt to a wide range from 20m/min to 200m/min.

4.High Automation : The take-up unit can be configured with gantry and automatic traverse, compatible with 800–1650 reels, enabling convenient fixed-length speed reduction and segmented winding.
