1.Composed of a frame-type traction structure with plexiglass installed on the viewing window for easy observation of production operation. Driven by AC servo motor or variable-frequency motor via hard-tooth surface reducer or belt, the equipment can operate stably from 5 m/min to 200 m/min.

2.Pneumatic control is adopted for flat belt pressure. Adjusting the air pressure can control the pressing force of the flat belt on the cable.

3.Equipped with front and rear guiding devices for cable positioning. The main wheel adopts a flat wheel structure, and the sizes of flat wheels and distributing wheels (ranging from 300 mm to 1000 mm) can be configured according to customer requirements.

4.Equipped with a photoelectric encoder for accurate length counting of products. The equipment runs stably and reliably.

5.The power supply is wired in accordance with three-phase five-wire system. The protective door is equipped with a safety interlock.
